[ILC-Asia WG3] Technical meeting

Dear all,

We will have a technical meeting for the ILC positron project at KEKB
followed by a special meeting for the positron WS issues.  The meeting
might be interupted by the Asain wide WG1 meeting from 15:00. In that
case, the meeting will be continued after the WG1 meeting.
